What we collect
- When you pre-order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you enter it, gift message, and your ride picks. These are collected through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes your payment; we never see your card number.
- When you join the waitlist: your email and, if you choose, your first name.
- When you browse: anonymous usage, like which page you viewed and steps such as "started the order form," with a random ID that lasts for one visit, your country, and whether you're on a phone. No cookies, no advertising trackers, and no tracking across other sites.
- Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard logs for security.
How we use it
To fulfill your order and keep you updated on it, to send waitlist news, and to understand which parts of the site work so we can improve them.
What we never do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who helps us
Stripe handles payments. Cloudflare hosts the site, forwards our email, and stores waitlist signups and anonymous usage data.
Kids
This site has games for kids, but they don't collect any personal information. Our forms are for parents and other adults. If you think a child sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and legal rules require. Waitlist info is kept until you ask us to delete it or it's no longer needed after launch.
