What you're buying

A pre-order reserves one Wild Ride: Animal Gondola playset per unit, at the price shown at checkout. Each playset includes at least 4 gondolas and 12 animal figurines.

Payment

Your card is charged in full when you place your pre-order. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Estimated shipping

Estimated shipping is Spring 2027. This is an estimate for a product that is still in development.

If the date changes

If we can't ship by the estimated date, we'll email you before that date with a new estimate. You can cancel for a full refund or keep your place in line. If the new date slips again, we'll refund you automatically unless you tell us you'd like to keep waiting.

Canceling

You can cancel any time before your order ships. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.

If the toy never ships

If for any reason we can't deliver, you get a full refund.

Pictures and details

Product pictures on this site are design renderings. The finished toy may differ in details like colors or the exact animal lineup, but will include everything listed at checkout.

Shipping and returns

We ship to US addresses only for now, and US shipping is included in the price. We'll publish our return policy for delivered orders before the first orders ship.
